She looked away. It had a point...she didn't even know what she was going to do with her life...her employer will kill her if she didn't complete her research...that woman would kill her if she did complete it...and this thing...who knows what it would do to her...

The Lancelot knelt before her, even when doing so still towering over her, easily three times her size. "You seem to be bother with something. Is it perhaps, you do not wish to return home? Are they mistreating you there? Or are there other reasons you do not wish to return?"

"I-I never said I didn't want to..." She looked at it. "...it's...just that I've gotten...myself into a mess..." She looked away. "I'm...involved in some dangerous stuff it seems, and I've just realized it. I didn't know at first...but now I do..."

"The data on my laptop...it's something my employer's had me working on...researching the gate. I...don't know what they want with the data...but they aren't the kind of people that take no lightly. Then there's a woman I met...she said she was as old as you are...I helped her, but she said if I continue my research, she'd have to..." She stopped mid-sentence, figuring the context spoke for itself.

"End it. I understand. But have you considered, what you want? No person can be forced to do something they don't want to do. Right now you have the data and you have the laptop, as well as the knowledge. And they need it. You can use this to your advantage. But aside from that, you simply have to do what you want to do. And if they wish to hurt you, they'll have to run through me, first. I won't simply let the person who rescued me from 200 year imprisonment hang."

She looked at it again. She normally found solace alone, by herself...she'd always been like that since she was denied the comfort of friends. "Where did you find that? Not all people are like that..."

He also didn't forget to have reconnected the cables he previously used as feed for Dionaea to charge on. "Also, if you don't mind, I'd like to find the nearest water supply, to clean myself. It's not the most aerodynamic, you know, mud."

"That's fine...do as you wish." She sat there, her gaze fixed on the laptop. The data inside was worth a fortune...yet it was also capable of being worth her life, if it came down to wanting it bad enough...

He dashed off into the sky, hanging silent for a while, trying to locate the nearest water source. As soon as he'd found it, he made his way there, trying not to be rough.

When he got back out of the stream he had found, he looked just as he did the day he was created, safe for a few dents and damaged places. Leaving her to think for herself, he flew back up, and made his way towards Assyria, making sure not to hurry it.
