Chat or something?

Hey everyone. I found this place while I was searching for a few things. But there seems to be no chat. Can anyone help me with that? Is it just my browser that doesn't work or is there even a chat?

Any help would be appreciated~

As far as I know, it works at any browser. Maybe it's not updated. But you can find it in the bottom right corner. It's a little box saying "Xenon Chat". Shouldn't be to hard to find.
