Welcome to the Xenon Role Play Forum. Here, you are free to Role Play as anything you desire and as long as you have a good imagination. Off course we have rules here and you should obey them, but you can find them elsewhere. Here you will find the context in which you are Role Playing. The world that opens to you here is all imaginary and fiction. Please keep that in mind as you proceed in the Role Play.

Assyria: Richest and most advanced of the Sectors. It has most power, politically, concerning the world governing.

Boihaemun: Sector for healthcare and advanced medicine. It's said that if you have a Boihaemun nurse, you're in the best hands.

Colchis: Banking Sector. Money is made and handed out here, as well as brought into the cirquit. Also heavily guarded by Assyrians.

Illyria: Nature Reserve, mostly. Illyrians tend to nature above all else, seen they care more for it than wealh or riches.

Noricum: Poorer sector, but heavy mining and work keeps it going. More or less comparable with the 3rd World working conditions, just safer.

Umbria: Dark mountainish marshlands since the War. Most there has been destroyed and is left in ruin. Only 2 cities still stand, but are magnets to crime.

The world as we knew it, is gone. With the coming of the new powers, new creatures and a new set of laws of physics the world was turned upside down. It was divided in 6 new sectors, all with their own government and their own way of life, culture, habits. Anything. They are connected by the so-called "Hyran-nu-Xenon", or the Gate for short. This gateway was a machine that allowed people to transport globally within seconds time to any place they desire. Off course this comes with risk and is a magnet for greedy companies. To prevent any of that from happening, the 6 governments agreed to create a system. It worked more or less like the subway. You would buy a ticket and you could go into the subway. Or in this case, the Gate. They also limited it to areas only. For example, you could no longer use it to get into a bank or in another important building to wreak havoc. Everything was well inspected and controlled. Unfortunately, sharing ones secrets may also be a bad idea.

In the year 2067, the Umbrian Government decided to take control of the Gate. They succeeded, and managed to secure the entire Gate system for themselves. Rewritting the passwords and recoding the system granted them full immunity for hacking or rebooting the system from outside. Increasing the prices immensely, Umbria soon became more wealthy than any other sector. But it would not last for long. 3 months after they seized the Gate, all 5 other Sectors united under a single banner. The Xenon Order arose. This Order created an army, which had only a single purpose. To regain control of the Gate and destroy any access points in Umbria. It took 2 years of bloody conflict until Umbria capitulated. They could no longer take the stress of the war, nor were they in any position to still make any demands. The Gate was handed back to the other Sectors, who immediately cut off Umbria from the rest of the world. It became a secluded and dark place, filled with crime and conflict. It was known as the Forbidden Sector from that point on.

200 years, peaceful and prosperous, followed upon the War. The Gate was under control of the Xenon Order, which was tasked with only one thing. Protection of the Gate. Any indications of betrayal within the Order meant execution. The 5 Sectors had a good relation to each other and trade went well. Politicians are considering making the Gate free of charge, while unrest is turning to turmoil about threats in the Southern most Sector. Word goes the Umbrians are testing out the borders of their neighbors, the rather poor Noricum Sector. War may be coming again soon. But right now, peaceful lives are being lived and trades done.
